According to reports,

Tmz brought up Offset recent altercation regarding a fan’s $800 dollar phone allegedly being smashed by Atlanta rapper Offset.  YFL Lucci voiced his option by making claims of not being able to relate to the situation because he always shows his fans love and respect.  But YFN Lucci believes Offset shouldn’t receive a felony but he should at least replace fan’s phone.
