COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) — The nation’s largest pharmacy benefits manager is closing its Columbus operation, leaving more than 450 employees without work.

In a letter issued to Ohio Jobs and Family Services, 456 employees will be let go as the company has decided to close its Phillipi Road location in west Columbus.
