Daylight Savings Time Reportedly Have Negative Affects On Your Body

This Sunday (March 12th) at 2:03 am we will be losing an hour due to Daylight Savings Time. Yes, that means warm weather is around the corner, the sun will stay out longer but not everything is peachy when it comes to how your body reacts.
According to the Huffington Post, a large 2014 study shows three keys symptoms that people have experienced when it comes to turning back the clock.

Research shows that the grogginess we experience following the time change may lead to an increased risk of car accidents, and a 2016 study also found DST prompts harsher legal sentences from judges compared to sentences awarded on other days of the year. This likely can be attributed to sleep loss as well, not to mention the other risks of getting fewer Zs, like a compromised immune system and lower productivity.
