Customer Service: Call Center

General Responsibilities
 Process Endorsements
 Customer Service
 Support Work, as needed
 Other tasks, as assigned
* Job Specifications/Experience/Certification/Education Required
 Basic understanding of personal lines terminology
 Strong customer service, time-management and communication skills.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
 Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
 Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment
 High School diploma, GED or demonstrated commensurate experience.
 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm/ 40 hours per week
 Current P&C License preferred.
