SMH! WOMAN CALLS 9-1-1 TO GET REFUND FROM DRUG DEALER

We gotta do better! 47 year old Katrina Tisdale called St. Petersburg police after handing over her last $50 to a drug dealer for cocaine and marijuana. She realized that she wouldn’t have money until her next social security disability check came in, soooooo she called 911 and asked cops to help her get a refund.
