Bow Wow Takes Back Birthday Phantom- WTF?!

Lil’ Bow Wow turned 23 yesterday and as a surprise birthday gift, his mom/ manager bought his a Phantom Rolls Royce. According to his twitter he’s takin it back and getting something better!
